Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation:
In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to the Organizing Secretariat (Semico) by email: info@semico.be
The following cancellation fees will apply:
Before November 1, 2025: Full refund, excluding administration fee of € 50.00 .
From November 1 until December 1, 2025: 50% refund.
As of December 1, 2025 or if the participant fails to attend: no refund.
All refunds will be processed and issued within 60 days after the conference.
Name substitutions are possible at an extra charge of € 50,00.
